White Coral can coordinate maritime alcohol and drug testing for shipowners, managers, crewing agencies and other authorized employers. The exact procedure depends on the client’s policy, applicable jurisdiction, test type and laboratory requirements.
Testing Support May Include
- Random testing programs;
- Pre-employment or pre-assignment testing;
- Post-incident testing;
- Reasonable-cause / for-cause testing;
- Breath alcohol testing where included in the scope;
- Specimen collection coordination;
- Chain-of-custody documentation;
- Laboratory shipment and result coordination.
Where a regulated testing program requires a specific collector qualification, laboratory, Medical Review Officer or jurisdiction-specific process, those requirements are confirmed before attendance.
